The engineer arrived on time, even the weather was bad. He was friendly, helpful, informative and explained the places / electrical applicances where was testing and inspecting. I have used Nationwide Surveyors several times, I am very happy for their services.

Excellent Service at a very fair price. I required a five year electrical certificate for a small one bed flat in Worthing. My letting agent wanted in excess of £200 and some local electricians quoted £180. These seemed excessive for less than half a days work. I searched on line and found Natiowide Surveyors they quoted £139 all included and I paid them on line in advance, which I felt slightly nervous about ! With her permission I gave them my tenants mobile number and the electrician dealt directly with her to arrange a time convenient to them both. All sorted within ten days and certificate arrived by email. A very good service which gave me no hassle at all. I would use them again without hesitation, but in five yars time I will probably be pushing up daisies.

Booked a Gas safety test and EICR due to part exchanging my current property for a new build. Gas inspection went well with no issues to report and whilst the e EICR inspection went smoothly it could not be passed due to remedial work being required to bring it in line with safety requirements (new consumer unit with better RCD protection). After getting a quote for the residual works I shopped around and Nationwide Surveyors were the cheapest by far, so I booked the work and a Friday appointment was agreed. On the morning of the appointment, I got a call to say the engineer had been involved in a car accident so couldn’t attend and an alternative appointment was made for the Sunday. I will be honest and admit I was extremely sceptical that the engineer would turn up on a Sunday, especially after reading some negative reviews. I was convinced I had made a bad choice. How wrong I was! The engineer turned up on the Sunday as promised and installed the new consumer unit. He was extremely friendly and explained everything as he went along and the quality of his work was top class. At the end of the install he went through everything that had been highlighted in the original report and explained what had been done to correct it. He also made sure I was 100% happy and ensured everything worked before he cleaned up any mess from the install and left. I received the updated report the following day as promised. Overall I am extremely happy with the service provided by Nationwide Surveyors and will be using them again in the future.

Genuinely excellent experience with Nationwide from start to finish. A reasonable quote for EICR/Gas safety, remedial works carried out immediately on site to clear the gas safety at a reasonable price. The EICR was carried out by a lovely guy (believe his name was Raj) who was excellent. Latterly the EICR remedial works were organised promptly and carried out to an exemplary standard by Mustafa, who went above and beyond to re-organise my circuitry in a more logical manner without additional charge. Booked a electrical safety certificate online following a Google search. Had an issue with my card payment going through twice and upon speaking to them on the phone they advised they were already aware of the issue and had put in a refund. I was refunded for the double payment less than 2 hours after the error. They rang me quickly to book in a appointment slot and on the day the engineer arrived within the slot and promptly carried out the works. He explained what this meant and gave pratical advice as to what this looked like. I received the report a few days later which all matched what he had advised on the visit. They gave a requested quote within a few more days which after being checked by other numerous electricans (shopping around for a quote) was advised to be reasonable. Went ahead with the works which again were promptly booked in, they even managed to fit me in the day after booking which was great. Mr Shamael Chaudhry and Dr Rajesh both carried out the works to my property and were courteous and polite and worked tirelessly from around 9am until 5pm to get the job done only stopping for a small sandwich break! They cleaned up after themselves and explained everything they had done and showed me everything before leaving to ensure I was happy and understood what took place. I was a lady alone in the home and they made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I then had a completed and passed electrical certificate a few days later. I really cannot fault the service I have received from on the phone and in person! Would recommend! Thank you

We didn’t have electricity in our house for nearly a week. Four different people came but none of them could figure out let alone fix our problem. I called Nationwide surveyors at 9am on a Saturday Morning explained I required an urgent electrical survey. The admin checked and arranged for someone to be here by 4pm on Saturday. I was astonished as I had tried a number of local firms all of whom replied that could not do it for at least a week. The electrician who came was excellent courteous and just got on with his job and I received the certificate on Monday Morning. I am so impressed with this company and its staff. I will definitely use them again and also tell friends and family about their service levels. Well done Nationwide you far exceeded expectations.

Used Nationwide Surveyors for an EICR while in the process of purchasing a property. The EICR was completed the following day with the report the day after. Once the property purchase was complete, Nationwide Surveyors were able to book in the remedial works within a couple of days. The electrician arrived on time, explained the works he was going to complete. Before leaving, he went over all the jobs he had completed and ensured that everything was now in working order since replacing the old fuse board. Excellent service from start to finish. A very prompt and responsive service. Worked with me very closely to rectify issues with my older flat all the way to final certification. A full service shop with everything required to assess and fix possible issues but most importantly quick and very reasonable pricing both for inspection vets and remedial work. Could not recommend Nationwide more.

Brilliant service at fair price. The EICR was checked the following day at 50% cost of my local quote. Very competent engineer. The repairs were completed very soon after at a fair price, again with a delightful, helpful knowledgeable engineer. Property left in tidy condition.

Had an EICR carried out by these guys and was very pleased with the service. The remedial work was carried out very quickly and following a final inspection the certificate was issued in good time. The new consumer unit had to be located in a different place and this was done very neatly. I am not going to say this is the cheapest option but I will certainly say they pulled out all the stops and got the work done quickly, which was important to us. I would certainly use their services again.
