The engineer arrived on time, even the weather was bad. He was friendly, helpful, informative and explained the places / electrical applicances where was testing and inspecting. I have used Nationwide Surveyors several times, I am very happy for their services.

Excellent Service at a very fair price. I required a five year electrical certificate for a small one bed flat in Worthing. My letting agent wanted in excess of £200 and some local electricians quoted £180. These seemed excessive for less than half a days work. I searched on line and found Natiowide Surveyors they quoted £139 all included and I paid them on line in advance, which I felt slightly nervous about ! With her permission I gave them my tenants mobile number and the electrician dealt directly with her to arrange a time convenient to them both. All sorted within ten days and certificate arrived by email. A very good service which gave me no hassle at all. I would use them again without hesitation, but in five yars time I will probably be pushing up daisies.

Good timekeeping, phoned in advance great Bit too quiet on getting to completion. Had to promt for feedback on the results he was getting, and any issues arising. After all as a hands on landlord I want to know and understand. I do realise that should the tester be confronted with problem wiring , they do not want to get into a confrontation with an irate landlord, but it is beneficial to explain to interested parties the problems and remedies AT THE TIME. Excellent service. Booked the survey and was given a call back same day. Survey booked few days later and results returned same day.

Responded quickly from booking and completing all the requests for EICR, Gas test, EPC and Pat test. Reasonable price and definitely will be using again. Certificates followed within the next 2-3 days following completion.

Good booking procedure and telephone support. They came on time on both visits. Electrical remedial work was first class and a very tidy engineer. Probably not the cheapest, but if you want reliable and quality work and good customer service I'd use Nationwide Surveyors.

Due to numerous extensions over the years we had a number of electrical issues, the electrician Nationwide sent was excellent, he was methodical and diligent and ensured all issues were found and put right without taking any breaks all day. I am very impressed and glad we used Nationwide.
