EICR Certificates by Area

An electrical installation condition report is the same document everywhere in England, but what the inspector finds is not. A converted terrace in Chatham, a four-board detached house in Cobham, a flat carved out of a London villa and a farmhouse on its own earth rod in Suffolk fail for different reasons, and the local council's licensing conditions differ too. Each guide below covers one area: what its housing means for the inspection, what tends to fail, how licensing works there, and where we travel.

If your property is somewhere without a guide yet, that does not mean it is outside our coverage. Get a quote and we confirm availability for your postcode before anything is booked.
