We didn’t have electricity in our house for nearly a week. Four different people came but none of them could figure out let alone fix our problem. But Shamail from nationwide fixed out electricity issue within a day! I can’t thank him enough for his quick and efficient service. Honestly, we are so so so thankful. From the moment I spoke to the company, the attitude was professional, polite and efficient. Following the report on my electrical system, improvements were needed and recommended. I decided to have the work carried out. I telephoned them on the Thursday, and an engineer was booked in on the following Monday, perfect service. The engineer, arrived within the time slot booked. I was please that it was Ghulam, the person who carried out the report, as it made the new work quicker, as he new were everything was. Ghulam was very polite, very tidy, and his wiring was very neat. He explained in detail what he was doing and why. He is a credit to Nationwide, and would certainly use them again. I booked an EPC + EICR package with Nationwide Surveyors. They booked me in quickly for my inspections. They respond quickly to emails and it is easy to reach them by phone. They also provide convenient EICR Remedial Work afterwards if necessary. I am really happy with their service.

Today Shazard came round to complete an electrical safety check, EPC, and some PAT testing. He was polite, friendly and incredibly helpful. Sometimes it can feel uncomfortable having someone in your home but he made me feel totally at easy. He thoroughly explained everything that will be written in the report and took time to answer all my questions. I was very happy with the service provided, he was very efficient, very polite and I would 100% recommend him.

My query was handled quickly and efficiently. The company contacted our letting agents and then the tenants promptly to arrange a convenient time to visit the property. I called Nationwide surveyors at 9am on a Saturday Morning explained I required an urgent electrical survey. The admin checked and arranged for someone to be here by 4pm on Saturday. I was astonished as I had tried a number of local firms all of whom replied that could not do it for at least a week. The electrician who came was excellent courteous and just got on with his job and I received the certificate on Monday Morning. I am so impressed with this company and its staff. I will definitely use them again and also tell friends and family about their service levels. Well done Nationwide you far exceeded expectations.

Used Nationwide Surveyors for an EICR while in the process of purchasing a property. The EICR was completed the following day with the report the day after. Once the property purchase was complete, Nationwide Surveyors were able to book in the remedial works within a couple of days. The electrician arrived on time, explained the works he was going to complete. Before leaving, he went over all the jobs he had completed and ensured that everything was now in working order since replacing the old fuse board. Excellent service from start to finish. Brilliant service at fair price. The EICR was checked the following day at 50% cost of my local quote. Very competent engineer. The repairs were completed very soon after at a fair price, again with a delightful, helpful knowledgeable engineer. Property left in tidy condition.

A very prompt and responsive service. Worked with me very closely to rectify issues with my older flat all the way to final certification. A full service shop with everything required to assess and fix possible issues but most importantly quick and very reasonable pricing both for inspection vets and remedial work. Nationwide Surveyors have been very professional. They did five EICR certificates on flats in the same block. Although there was a slight miscommunication on venue location, which caused a delay to the start time, they did a great job, and even came back free of charge to re-check a query. I wouldn’t hesitate to use next time.
