Fast, effective and easy to request service. It would be good to have a rough idea of the availability and timescales but can't complain as it was fast especially in comparison to the general glacial approach in house buying.

I would recommend this company. They were very responsive, able to offer a survey within 1-3 days which was exactly what I was looking for. From the initial survey I had to chase the outcome report 3 times even though I had been promised it would arrive by the Monday morning. I then asked for a remedial quote which they turned around within 24 hours and then asked them to schedule the work which happened within 48 hours. They were aware that this was a time critical piece of work needed for a house sale, and the final certification was with us less than 18 hours after the work has been finished (On a Saturday too !) the guys that carried out the work were very good. Clean, tidy, careful and efficient, they kept me updated with all of their progress and offered solutions to a couple of issues that they encountered. I would have rated 5 stars if it hadn’t been for me to having to chase the original survey results. I would definitely recommend and would definitely use this company again

Very happy with the service of the consultants. They were very polite, responsive and expedited my request for Electricity and Gas Certificate check. The engineer went on time and completed duly. Nationwide shared the certificates in a reasonable time. All activities happened efficiently especially leading up to xmas holidays. Very happy with the service and will definitely use it again. Had an Eicr carried out with NW for my rental property last week, few issues were picked up in the report. They also offered remedial work and completed today. So far so good, no issue

Used Nationwide Surveyors to carry out an EICR for a property. Competitive price and the inspector arrived within the time window stated to carry out a thorough, efficient inspection. Report turnaround was a little slow (over 48 hours), but not a big issue. Would recommend and will certainly use again in future.
