The electrician who came out was really helpful and knew his stuff. He saw we were nervous and was very reassuring and gave lots of advice. The same with the colleague I spoke to on the phone. He addressed my issue very quickly and I had my certificate within the hour. So pleased with the service.

It was pretty straight forward process. Communication with the team was very good. Received EICR Cert in good time.

Due to numerous extensions over the years we had a number of electrical issues, the electrician Nationwide sent was excellent, he was methodical and diligent and ensured all issues were found and put right without taking any breaks all day. I am very impressed and glad we used Nationwide.
