Gaining a quote and payment was really easy. The engineer who came to us was very courteous and did the work in really good time.

Brilliant service at fair price. The EICR was checked the following day at 50% cost of my local quote. Very competent engineer. The repairs were completed very soon after at a fair price, again with a delightful, helpful knowledgeable engineer. Property left in tidy condition.

A very prompt and responsive service. Worked with me very closely to rectify issues with my older flat all the way to final certification. A full service shop with everything required to assess and fix possible issues but most importantly quick and very reasonable pricing both for inspection vets and remedial work. Could not recommend Nationwide more.

Nationwide Surveyors have been very professional. They did five EICR certificates on flats in the same block. Although there was a slight miscommunication on venue location, which caused a delay to the start time, they did a great job, and even came back free of charge to re-check a query. I wouldn’t hesitate to use next time.

Bit pricey for remedial work, but stress free and incredibly prompt. Cannot fault the service and would recommend.

Had an EICR carried out by these guys and was very pleased with the service. The remedial work was carried out very quickly and following a final inspection the certificate was issued in good time. The new consumer unit had to be located in a different place and this was done very neatly. I am not going to say this is the cheapest option but I will certainly say they pulled out all the stops and got the work done quickly, which was important to us. I would certainly use their services again.

Nationwide Surveyors are superb. Their pricing is competitive and the online ordering is so easy. The staff on the phone are very efficient and they do what they say. The engineer that came, Sid, was fabulous. He phoned when he was 30 minutes away, turned up o time, polite and efficient. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again.

I had an electric certificate and energy performance certificate done on my rental house. The service from this company was fantastic. They organised everything by contacting the tenants and making all the arrangements. The inspections went ahead at the time and date that was confirmed and the certificates were emailed 48 hours later. Very competitive price and hassle free. I have had poor service from rental agents in the past at rip off prices. I would recommend using this company instead of relying on rental agents to arrange certificates. I will be using them for all of my other rentals.

Good booking procedure and telephone support. They came on time on both visits. Electrical remedial work was first class and a very tidy engineer. Probably not the cheapest, but if you want reliable and quality work and good customer service I'd use Nationwide Surveyors.
