A fantastic service, we had an EICR booked the electrician arrive within the allocated timeslot, he was very open to answering any questions i had in detail. We had asked if they could fast track the certification of which was agreed and this was received in under 24hours. I would hesitate in recommending or using Nationwide Surveyors again, Thank you.

However, the 1st and 3rd observations and recommendations would have benefited from more detailed explanations to better understand the issues and required actions. Overall, a positive experience.
