All was efficient and they kept in touch. One thing: the time given to me was 9-11, the time affirming the appointment was 1-3pm. This on the day itself. I'm hoping my tenants got the update, haven't heard from them yet.

Very impressed - engineer was very thorough and polite and within 3 days of my request I had the EICR. staff made a real effort to expedite the provision of the certificate for me as I needed it urgently and I had the actual certificate within @12 hours of the conclusion of the inspection

Great services. The booking was quick and easy on the website, and the arrangement for the booking from Nationwide Services was quick after the submission. The engineer turned up on time, was efficient and polite when carrying out the required testing for our circuits. We also had a second Distribution Board and he was happy to test this too. The price of this EICR was better than others quoted too, especially at such short notice. The EICR certificate came through only after a couple if days. I highly recommend these services.

Excellent Service at a very fair price. I required a five year electrical certificate for a small one bed flat in Worthing. My letting agent wanted in excess of £200 and some local electricians quoted £180. These seemed excessive for less than half a days work. I searched on line and found Natiowide Surveyors they quoted £139 all included and I paid them on line in advance, which I felt slightly nervous about ! With her permission I gave them my tenants mobile number and the electrician dealt directly with her to arrange a time convenient to them both. All sorted within ten days and certificate arrived by email. A very good service which gave me no hassle at all. I would use them again without hesitation, but in five yars time I will probably be pushing up daisies.

We are delighted with their service. They are very reasonably priced (against some other quotes that we received), the appointment was promptly booked, and the surveyor made the process a breeze. I received excellent service from Nationwide surveyors especially Alisha and Selina. I had difficulty in liaising with the agent managing our property together with the energy surveyor but both were extremely helpful in organising a suitable time/date for access for the surveyor. I would definitely use their service again and would not hesitate in recommend them to family/friends. The quote they gave was competitive and the was certificate sent promptly once conducted.
